Latvian Ornithological Society (LOB) will take its educational information booth to festival „Dabas koncertdāle” („Nature’s Concert hall”) already for the fourth time. Participant will have a chance to see the most common forest birds, learn more about owls and take part in competitions. Children will take part in various activities teaching them more about nature and especially birds. In previous years participants were very interested in the information provided by LOB and actively took part in all activities.

How to get there?

On 4th July – drive approximately 14 km behind Strenči (distance from Riga to Strenči is approximately 135 km) and there is a stop “Berzs”. There will be marks guiding you to the right place.

On 11th July – you have to get to place called “Vilku kalns” (Hill of Wolfs). Drive in direction to Jaunjelgava from Riga, leave Daugmale behind you and after 16 km there will be stop “Līdakas”. There take right turn and follow markings along the road.
